Nasopharyngeal swabs were transferred to the laboratories of Eli Lilly and Company (Lilly Clinical Diagnostics Lab SARS-CoV-2 test based on the CDC primary set) or Indiana University Health (Luminexon NxTAG CoV Extended Panel or Roche cobas SARS-CoV-2 test) for RT-PCR testing. All laboratories were located in Indianapolis, IN. Test results were reported to participants via a secure website within 1 to 4 days.
