METHODS
General methodology: Online survey

Study population: Resident Assistants. College students employed by the university to live in college residence halls and act as a support, role model, and mentor for students. They also act as university representatives to enforce community guidelines and school policies. Often they are assigned to specific hallways or floors and foster community with those students.

Instruments used for collecting data: Professional Quality of Life 5 scale (in English), https://www.proqol.org/ProQol_Test.html
